Terms and Conditions for Xclusive Moments

1. Services Provided
Xclusive Moments offers event rental services including but not limited to 360 booths, photo booths, and related equipment. Specific terms may apply to each booking and will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
2. Bookings and Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the event.

Ensure a safe environment for our team and equipment during the event.

Obtain any necessary permits or venue approvals if applicable. 
4. Damage and Liability

The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue negligence. 
- 
Xclusive Moments is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of our equipment or services, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. 
5. Use of Photos and Videos
By using our services, you grant Xclusive Moments permission to use event photos or videos captured through our booths for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your event.
6. Weather and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a partial refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and content on our website and marketing materials are owned by Xclusive Moments and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Privacy
